【摘要】:ThispartofCISPR16isdesignatedabasicstandard,whichspecifiesthecharacteristicsandperformanceofequipmentforthemeasurementofradiodisturbancevoltages,currentsandfieldsinthefrequencyrange9kHzto18GHz.Inaddition,requirementsarespecifiedforspecializedequipmentfordiscontinuousdisturbancemeasurements.Therequirementsincludethemeasurementofbroadbandandnarrowbandtypesofradiodisturbance.Thereceivertypescoveredincludethefollowing:a)thequasi-peakmeasuringreceiver,b)thepeakmeasuringreceiver,c)theaveragemeasuringreceiver,d)ther.m.s.measuringreceiver.Therequirementsofthispublicationshallbecompliedwithatallfrequenciesandforalllevelsofradiodisturbancevoltages,currents,powerorfieldstrengthswithintheCISPRindicatingrangeofthemeasuringequipment.MethodsofmeasurementarecoveredinPart2,andfurtherinformationonradiodisturbanceisgiveninPart3ofCISPR16.Uncertainties,statisticsandlimitmodellingarecoveredinPart4ofCISPR16.
