【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60300describesaframeworkformaintenanceandmaintenancesupportandthevariousminimalcommonpracticesthatshouldbeundertaken.Thepurposeofthisstandardistooutline,inagenericmanner,management,processesandtechniquesrelatedtomaintenanceandmaintenancesupportthatarenecessarytoachieveadequatedependabilitytomeettheoperationalneedsofthecustomer.NOTE1MaintenanceandmaintenancesupportareamajorelementofdependabilityasdescribedinIEC60300-1andIEC60300-2.Insomecases,regulatoryandothermandatoryrequirementsneedtobeconsidered.Maintenanceandmaintenancesupportrequirementsandobligationsmaythereforeneedtobespecifiedinacontract,whichcitesthisstandard.Thisstandardisintendedforusebyawiderangeofsuppliers,maintenancesupportorganizationsandusersandcanbeappliedtoallitems.Thisstandardisapplicabletoitems,whichincludealltypesofproducts,equipmentandsystems(hardwareandassociatedsoftware).Mostoftheserequireacertainlevelofmaintenancetoensurethattheirrequiredfunctionality,dependability,capability,economic,safetyandregulatoryrequirementsareachieved.NOTE2Forconsistency,thisstandardwillusetheterm"item"asdefinedin3.1.5,exceptwherethecontextrequiresotherwise.
