【摘要】:ThisStandardestablishesmethodologyforspecifyingandtestingtheperformanceofCNCmachiningcenters.Inadditiontoclarifyingtheperformanceevaluation,thisStandardfacilitatesperformancecomparisonsbetweenmachinesbyunifyingterminology,generalmachineclassification,andthetreatmentofenvironmentaleffects.Itprovidesaseriesofteststhatshouldbeusedtoperformacceptancetesting(runoff)ofnewandreconditionedmachinesandcouldbeusedtoverifycontinuedcapabilityofproductionmachines,alreadyinoperation,throughperiodictesting.ThesetofacceptancetestsandthespecificationlimitsformachineconformanceshallbethesubjectofcontractualagreementbetweentheSupplierandtheUser.ThisStandardisrathercomprehensive;therefore,forsmallerandlessexpensivemachinestheconformancetospecificationscouldbebasedonarecommendedsubsetofteststoevaluatemachineperformance.
