【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforwhirlpoolbaths,havingaratedvoltageofnotmorethan250Vforsinglephaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances,whichareintendedtobeinstalledinindoordomesticsituationsandusedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'sinstructionsforpersonalhygiene.Suchwhirlpoolbathsaretestedandsuppliedasacompleteindependentunitdesignedtobedraineddownaftereveryuse.Theymaybetransportedinseveralseparateparts,forassemblyonsite,tofacilitatedelivery.SafetyaspectsofWhirlpoolbaths(exceptusebyyoungchildrenandslowmoving/weakelderlyordisabledindividuals)arecoveredbyEN60335-2-60.Exclusions:thisstandarddoesnotcoveradditionalrequirementsforwhirlpoolbathsintendedforuseswherespecificmedicalprovisionsarerequired,orwhirlpoolbathsforcommunaluseswheretheyarenotdraineddownaftereveryuse.Portablewhirlpooldevicesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Forthepurposesofthisstandardtheterm'domesticsituations'includesuseinhotels,accommodationforstudents,hospitalsandsimilarbuildings.Warning:Slowmovingelderlyordisabledpersonsshouldtakecarewhenusingwhirlpoolbaths.Youngchildrenshouldnotbeallowedtousewhirlpoolbathswithoutsupervision.Note1:Itisunrealistictoexpectmanufacturerstoprovideadefinitionofwhatconstitutesa'slowmovingelderlyordisabledperson',or'youngchildren'.Theformeristheresponsibilityoftheindividualoracareer.Thelatter,isaparentalresponsibility.Note2:WhenEN60335-2-60isamendedtocoveruseofwhirlpoolbathsbyslowmovingelderlyordisabledpersonsandyoungchildrenthewarninggivenabovewillbedeletedfromthisstandard.
