【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversiron-base,heat-resistingalloycastingsofthe25%chromium,12%nickelclass,intendedforstructuralelements,containers,andsupportsinelectricfurnaces,petroleumstilltubesupports,andforsimilarapplicationsupto2000x00B0;F[1095x00B0;C].Thepurchasershouldinformthemanufacturerwhentheservicetemperaturesaretoexceed1800x00B0;F[980x00B0;C].1.2IntheabsenceofsignificantproportionsofelementsotherthanthoseprescribedinSection4,thetwotypesofalloyscoveredbythisspecificationmayingeneralbedistinguishedasfollows:1.2.1TypeI8212;Alloyscharacterizedbyrelativelylowlimitingcreepstressattemperaturesbetween1500and2000x00B0;F[815and1095x00B0;C],andrelativelyhighductilityatordinarytemperaturesafteragingforshortperiodsattemperaturesbetween1300and1500x00B0;F[705and815x00B0;C].1.2.2TypeII8212;Alloyshavingrelativelyhighlimitingcreepstressbutwhichmaydeveloplowductilityatordinarytemperatureswhenagedforshortperiodsattemperaturesbetween1350and1500x00B0;F[730and815x00B0;C].1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3.1Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
