【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO8986establishesasystemofdesignationforpolybutene-1(PB-1)thermoplasticmaterialswhichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.Forthesakeofsimplicity,thedesignationpolybuteneandtheabbreviationPBareusedinbothpartsofISO8986.1.2Thetypesofpolybuteneplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertymeltvolume-flowrateandoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.1.3ThispartofISO8986isapplicabletoallbutenehomopolymersandtocopolymersofbutenewithamaximumcontentofother1-olefinicmonomersoflessthan50%bymassandwithacontentofnon-olefinicmonomerswithfunctionalgroupsuptoamaximumof1%bymass.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.1.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO8986doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.1.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
