【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthreemethodsforthedeterminationofdepositionofarsenic(As),cadmium(Cd)nickel(Ni)andlead(Pb),thatcanbeusedintheframeworkoftheEuropeanCouncilDirectiveonAmbientAirQualityAssessmentandManagementandthe4thAirQualityDaughterDirective.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesperformancerequirementswithwhichthemethodhastocomplyinordertomeetthedataqualityobjectivesgivenintheDirectives.TheperformancecharacteristicsofthemethodweredeterminedincomparativefieldvalidationtestscarriedoutatfourEuropeanlocations.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmethodsforsamplingwet-onlyandbulkdepositionofAs,Cd,NiandPb,sampletreatmentandanalysisbygraphitefurnaceatomicabsorptionspectrometry(GF-AAS)orbyinductivelycoupledplasmamassspectrometry(ICP-MS).Themethodisapplicablefordepositionmeasurementsina)ruralandremoteareas;b)industrialareas;c)urbanareas.ThestandardisvalidatedfortheworkingrangeslistedinTable1.NOTETherangesgivenarebaseduponthevaluesmeasuredinthefieldvalidationtest.Theupperandlowerlimitsaretheobservedminimumandmaximumvaluesmeasuredduringthefieldvalidationtests.Theactuallowerlimitsoftheworkingrangesdependonthevariabilityofthelaboratoryblankandtheprecipitationamountrangeinbulkandwet-only.
