【摘要】:Thistestmethodcalibratesordemonstratesconformityofadynamicmechanicalanalyzeratanisothermaltemperaturewithintherangeof-100to300x00B0;C.Dynamicmechanicalanalysisexperimentsoftenusetemperatureramps.Thismethoddoesnotaddresstheeffectofthatchangeintemperatureonthestoragemodulus.Acalibrationfactormayberequiredtoobtaincorrectedstoragemodulusvalues.Thismethodmaybeusedinresearchanddevelopment,specificationacceptance,andqualitycontrolorassurance.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthecalibrationorperformanceconfirmationforthestoragemodulusscaleofacommercialorcustombuiltdynamicmechanicalanalyzer(DMA)overthetemperaturerangeof-100to300x00B0;Cusingreferencematerialsintherangeof1to200GPa.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
