【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidestheoverallframeworkforqualitativemethodsforthedetectionoffood-bornepathogensusingthepolymerasechainreaction(PCR).Itcoversthegeneralrequirementsforthespecificamplificationoftargetnucleicacidsequencesandthedetectionandconfirmationoftheidentityoftheamplifiednucleicacidsequence.Guidelines,minimumrequirementsandperformancecharacteristicsdescribedinthisInternationalStandardareintendedtoensurethatcomparableandreproducibleresultsareobtainedindifferentlaboratories.ThisInternationalStandardhasbeenestablishedforfood-bornepathogensinorisolatedfromfoodandfeedmatrices,butcanalsobeappliedtoothermatrices,forexampleenvironmentalsamples,ortothedetectionofothermicroorganismsunderinvestigation.
